She understands that transparency is key to achieving a healthy client-based engagement. 

 

Despite being a growing firm, Charm ensures that internal controls and processes are in place, and contracts with workers and clients are properly established. This way, she guarantees that the company is on the right track and able to maintain high standards of quality and accountability.
